Welcome to StatusDude. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StatusDude website monitoring service ("Service") operated by Cyber Solutions sp. z o. o. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the European Union.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

StatusDude provides website and API monitoring services, including:

  • Uptime monitoring and availability checks
  • Response time tracking
  • SSL certificate monitoring
  • Alert notifications via email, browser push, and other channels
  • Public and private status pages
  • Uptime statistics and reporting

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to monitor websites or services you do not own or have authorization to monitor, conduct denial-of-service attacks, violate applicable laws, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Cyber Solutions sp. z o. o. and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Solutions sp. z o. o. shall not be liable for indirect damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union.
